Cancellation Policy

No Auto-Renewal

IPTV G2G 4K subscriptions do not renew automatically. When your subscription period ends, your access simply stops. You will never be charged again unless you actively place a new order.

How to Cancel Before Your Subscription Ends

If you wish to stop using the service before your subscription expires:

1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp (+34641060648) or email (support@iptvg2g4k.live)
2. Provide your account email address
3. Request cancellation and deactivation of your account

We will deactivate your account within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Refunds on Cancellation

Cancellations within the first 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund under our Refund Policy. Cancellations after 7 days are not eligible for a refund on the remaining subscription period.

What Happens to Your Data

Upon cancellation, your account credentials are deactivated. Personal data is retained for up to 6 years for legal and accounting purposes, then securely deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
